Carrying on from our last blog post, we thought we might release a couple graphs and feedback from our 2012/13 end of year survey. The aim of the survey was to track how well we were going and it also gave us a chance to bounce off ideas for future teas and products — just to make sure we're all in sync. Luckily we passed with flying colors, so it's safe to say we're pretty optimistic for the future!
