Back To Work

Posted by Informal Tea Co. on

It's been such a good summer time break. Sun, surf, friends, family and food. Lots of food! Just like last year, one of the highlights again was the Little Big Markets; Christmas Edition. Chris and Rachelle do such a good organising it and I can honestly say, theres no other event out there that can match it in terms of happy, up-beat community atmosphere.

The LBM Christmas night market also raised a couple of grand for the Tauranga Food Bank and collected Chirstmas gifts for children in need via homes for hope and women's refuge. The ever talented Pushingupixel's were there taking photos, heres some of them (more here):

The generous Tiki Taane put on another performance to remember, also performing were:

Phil Austen and Duncan Pankhurst who do a mad cover of Radiohead's Fake Plastic Trees.

And the talented and entertaining Georgia Lines, alongside Nick Barratt, Tauranga Samba, Tga Kapa Haka and The NewFolk.

Tiki's rapping spiderman side-kick had to be one of the highlights of the night...

And we had one of the best seats in the house, right out in front of the stage, it looked fairly epic and sunset (photo by Chris)...

Here's our tea stall, just to the left over the shoulder of the young lad in the center.

Good day all in all, Tim was rather chuffed about it:

Here's to another year of goodness, thanks to everyone for supporting us through 2012. We wouldn't be here without you : )

There are good things ahead in 2013, I can assure you!

What do you think?
